Fitness Thai Kickboxing is based on realistic Martial Arts. Although, this is not a full contact class, it is a total body workout and at the same time, learning practical techniques such as punches, knees, elbows, and blocking. Conditioning exercises are also incorporated, to strengthen the body even more. If you want to look better, and feel better about yourself, this is for you! |
