Lynn Jeana Brice
Lynn is a caring, dedicated professional; she imparts her knowledge and experience onto her clients with care and respect, while helping them achieve their goal of a healthier life style.
Lynn is a very understanding and approachable trainer. She began her physical instruction at Anne Butler School of dance. There she focused on Ballet, Pointe, Tap and Acrobatics. In high school Lynn participated in Modern Dance, Track and Field. Lynn went on to receive training by some of New Jersey’s top competitive Body Builders, Power Lifters and even got into some local competitions herself. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) having over 25 years of hands on experience in Body Building Technique, Body Sculpting, Strength Training, cardio respiratory fitness, core conditioning, sports specific training, and flexibility.
Lynn is also nationally certified as a Massage Therapist specializing in Swedish, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Aromatherapy. She maintains a career with theses certifications at a private practice in Summit for Dr. Marc Jaffe a chiropractor to our American Athletes in Athens, Greece Olympics.
Focused on strength training Lynn uses free weights to improve and gain muscle integrity as well as lean muscle mass. She uses cardiorespitory fitness to maintain a and control a healthy heart for her clients using interval training. Using functional training helps improve on stability flexibility and muscle coordination Lynn uses this method for her clients as well. She has worked with clients to improve structural and postural issues.
Lynn is a devoted trainer who is as comfortable working with seniors and special populations as she is working with youth. |

Dino DePetris
Born and raised in Clark, NJ
Education: Bachelor of Science, Albright College
Qualifications: Certified Personal Trainer, WITS & AAAI
Athletic background: Baseball (Albright College – Division III)
Hobbies & interests: Middle distance running, summer league baseball
Dino is a graduate of Johnson High School in Clark, NJ and earned a Bachelors Degree from Albright College in Reading, PA. While attending Albright, he majored in Business Administration and was a member of the 2-time Mid-Atlantic Conference (Division III) champion baseball team. Since graduating, Dino has held a variety of positions in marketing and pursued multiple personal training certifications (WITS & AAAI). His experience in the fitness industry ranges from sport-specific conditioning to general weight loss consulting. |

Ricardo Poblah
I am a tough personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a pleasant disposition. I am, also, a Pilates and Spinning instructor. My clientele includes older population, normal men and women, looking to get fit and feel better about themselves, and a lot of athletes. I have been involved in sports and weightlifting for over 15 years. I am a big believer in functional and core training, as well as mind/body programming helping clients achieve the maximum out of life, through resistance and flexibility training. In high school I played football, basketball, and ran track. I also played college basketball at a Nova Southeastern University in Florida. |
