Hege Petschow Operates Our Mini Muscles Daycare

This service gives gym going parents an opportunity to workout without having to find a babysitter or dropping their children off at an outside daycare facility. This facility will have a full line of toys and programs for your children.  We provide a safe and friendly environment that allows your child an enjoyable experience while you are receiving a great workout. 

We have a camera in the daycare that hooks up to a channel on the cardio equipment so that you can monitor the room while you are working out. Just another way to feel comfortable at Strength and Fitness Club.
