cynthia McGuirkCynthia McGuirk
Cynthia has been personal training and teaching group fitness for many clients helping them to achieve their fitness goal. She structured customized work outs, training a diverse population of age and ability. She also teaches her clients the importance of exercise and the benefits that they have for staying fit and healthy to maintain a strong and well lived life style.

I've been working as a group fitness instructor for 17 Years. My certifications include AFAA group Fitness, Spinning, Zumba, and mat Pilates. I've Participated in many Susan B Komen Breast Cancer Walks over the years.
When I'm not working or working out I like to spend time with my family.
 
kateKate Green
Kate graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2004 with a BS in Fashion Merchandising Management. She currently works full time in Manhattan as a Sales Representative for an accessories manufacturing company. In her spare time, along with practicing Pilates, Kate enjoys practicing vinyasa yoga, hiking and biking with her husband. Kate has been involved with Pilates since 2001 when she started practicing the body conditioning method herself. Becoming aware of the physical and mental benefits Pilates had to offer, she was immediately captivated. She decided to peruse her Pilates mat certification and became dually certified in both Beginner and Intermediate Mat Pilates through Power Pilates in New York City. Kate has been instructing Pilates mat classes for over six years and continues to explore her own practice and education through mat and apparatus classes both in NY and NJ, as well as continuing education courses at the Power Pilates Studio. Currently Kate is beginning her training in Pilate’s apparatus machines with The Physical Mind Institute, Method Pilates program.
 
ginnyGinny Miller
Ginny Graduated from Cranford High School in 1996 and received a B.S. in Business Administration from Rider University in 2000. She is Series 7 & 63 licensed and currently works in financial operations at The GMS Group in Livingston.

She received her Hatha yoga certification in March 2008 from The Inner Light Yoga Center in North Brunswick and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Ginny also teaches yoga at her husband's karate school, Extreme Karate, in Franklin Park. She enjoys working out and spending time with her family.
 
tina cristianoTina Cristiano
Tina Cristiano has been involved in fitness for 3 years and has been instructing Zumba classes for a little over a year. Also, she recently recieved her certification in Zumba Basics 2 and Zumba Toning. Tina has been dancing for 19 years and has been a dance instructor at Union County Dance Centre for 6 years. She is currently working on her Group Fitness Certifiation through ACE and is excited to see what her future holds in the world of fitness.
 
Christian ShallcrossReneé Wichelns
I started teaching Group Fitness Classes in 1984 after finishing H.S. to
keep in shape while working in the corp. world and going to college. I
became a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor in 1985 and have several
cert. Step, Kickbox, Strength. As time went on I kept up with the fitness
industry (which always has been my enjoyment) getting cert. in Pilates, Spin
(Madd Dogg), Body Pump (Les MIls), and Zumba.

Besides teaching 13 classes a week I also am a proud mother of four girls
ages 13-11 twins 8. I truly believe everyone should try to do some type of
exercise daily to keep our minds sharp. My motto is, "Fitness should be
fun, not a chore."

 
jill BeyerJill Beyer
Jill Beyer is a graduate of Kean University with bachelors in psychology. She has been dedicated and enthusiastic about nutrition, health and exercise for the past 13 years. Jill is an instructor of spinning, abdominal and total body workout. She has been teaching for the past 3 years. She is also actively involved in helping clients get on the right track to healthy eating and an overall healthy lifestyle. She takes tremendous pride in successful outcomes and puts her whole heart into everything she does.
 
kristianKristin Shallcross
Kristin Shallcross Trained at Karate World in Kenilworth, NJ for 16 years earning her 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She also has the highest level of certification in cardio kickboxing and has been teaching it for 10
