cynthia McGuirkCynthia McGuirk
Cynthia has been personal training and teaching group fitness for many clients helping them to achieve their fitness goal. She structured customized work outs, training a diverse population of age and ability. She also teaches her clients the importance of exercise and the benefits that they have for staying fit and healthy to maintain a strong and well lived life style.

kateKate Green
Kate graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2004 with a BS in Fashion Merchandising Management. She currently works full time in Manhattan as a Sales Representative for an accessories manufacturing company. In her spare time, along with practicing Pilates, Kate enjoys practicing vinyasa yoga, hiking and biking with her husband. Kate has been involved with Pilates since 2001 when she started practicing the body conditioning method herself. Becoming aware of the physical and mental benefits Pilates had to offer, she was immediately captivated. She decided to peruse her Pilates mat certification and became dually certified in both Beginner and Intermediate Mat Pilates through Power Pilates in New York City. Kate has been instructing Pilates mat classes for over six years and continues to explore her own practice and education through mat and apparatus classes both in NY and NJ, as well as continuing education courses at the Power Pilates Studio. Currently Kate is beginning her training in Pilate’s apparatus machines with The Physical Mind Institute, Method Pilates program.
 
ginnyGinny Colarusso
Ginny graduated from Cranford High Schoolin 1996 and received a B.S. in Business Administration from Rider University in 2000. She is Series 7 & 63 licensed and currently works in financial operations at The GMS Group, LLC in Livingston.

She received her Hatha yoga certificationin March 2008 from The Inner LightYoga Center in North Brunswick and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She also received her certification to teach Yoga for Kidsin July of 2009 with Lani Rosen-Gallagher of Full of Joy Yoga in CT. Ginny also teaches at Surya Yoga Academy in Summit, Hot Yoga Revolution in Garwood, and Destined to Dance in Piscataway. She enjoys working out and spending timewith her family.

 
Robert McGradyRobert McGrady – Personal Training Director
Robert grew up in East Orange and was a member of the Clifford J. Scott Basketball Team, the 1982 State Champions. He attended Rutgers University at Newark where he was the MVP of the varsity Basketball Team his freshman year. He graduated with a BA in Political Science.† He worked in the insurance industry for 10 years as a Technical Claims Specialist and two years as a Telecommunications Sales Representative with Avaya Technologies, formerly Lucent Technologies.  He decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry after seeing so many people fall victim to obesity and bad health do to hectic lifestyles. He is the Fitness Director of Strength-N-fitness and teaches a Total Body Conditioning Class. His hobbies include sports, spending lots of time with family, and helping inner-city youths.
 
tina cristianoTina Cristiano
Tina Cristiano has been involved in fitness for 3 years and has been instructing Zumba classes for a little over a year. Also, she recently recieved her certification in Zumba Basics 2 and Zumba Toning. Tina has been dancing for 19 years and has been a dance instructor at Union County Dance Centre for 6 years. She is currently working on her Group Fitness Certifiation through ACE and is excited to see what her future holds in the world of fitness.
 
Christian ShallcrossReneé Wichelns
I started teaching Group Fitness Classes in 1984 after finishing H.S. tokeep in shape while working in the corp. world and going to college. I became a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor in 1985 and have several cert. Step, Kickbox, Strength. As time went on I kept up with the fitness industry (which always has been my enjoyment) getting cert. in Pilates, Spin (Madd Dogg), Body Pump (Les MIls), and Zumba.

Besides teaching 13 classes a week I also am a proud mother of four girls ages 13-11 twins 8. I truly believe everyone should try to do some type of exercise daily to keep our minds sharp. My motto is, "Fitness should befun, not a chore."

 
ricardo poblahRicardo Poblah
I am a tough personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a pleasant disposition. I am, also, a Pilates and Spinning instructor. My clientele includes older population, normal men and women, looking to get fit and feel better about themselves, and a lot of athletes. I have been involved in sports and weightlifting for over 15 years. I am a big believer in functional and core training, as well as mind/body programming helping clients achieve the maximum out of life, through resistance and flexibility training. In high school I played football, basketball, and ran track. I also played college basketball at a Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
 
jill BeyerJill Beyer
Jill Beyer is a graduate of Kean University with bachelors in psychology. She has been dedicated and enthusiastic about nutrition, health and exercise for the past 13 years. Jill is an instructor of spinning, abdominal and total body workout. She has been teaching for the past 3 years. She is also actively involved in helping clients get on the right track to healthy eating and an overall healthy lifestyle. She takes tremendous pride in successful outcomes and puts her whole heart into everything she does.
 
IvetteIvette Rodriguez
