Strength and Fitness also includes “Cardio Café” focused on the "health - conscious" person, “Worth the Weight” vitamin/supplement clothing shop for member’s supplement and workout needs, “Mini Muscles’” a state of the art daycare center to provide excellent care for members’ children, a wide variety of fitness classes that include sports athletic and martial arts programs for today’s youths, and locker rooms with shower stalls that include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
